Sizes & Keeping Qualities

We make two sizes, bar tin sizes (around 450g/1lb) and 7" round approx 900g/2lb, but let us know in advance and we can make any size you require, including wedding cakes!

Keeping qualities – The cakes freeze very well (6 Months) and the cakes will keep for around 6 weeks (store in cool conditions out of sunlight).

Varieties – Most popular, mixed fruit and spice, sultana apricot and ginger/raisin peach and cinnamon.
